Only 1/3 of the product(s) can be used and must be in the original packaging.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

Proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation, must be provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return:

Contact our customer services at cc.chaosandco.shop and then ship the candles, along with a copy of your order confirmation to the address emailed to you.
