Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns:

Only 1/3 of the product(s) can be used and must be in the original packaging.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

Proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation, must be provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return:

Contact our customer services at cc.chaosandco.shop and then ship the candles, along with a copy of your order confirmation to the address emailed to you.

Refund/ Exchange Process:

Once we receive the returned candles and verify that they meet the conditions above, we will provide your refund or exchange promptly.
